Quality Guarantee and Limited Warranty

SuperRolex.io is committed to providing clear product information, careful pre-shipment
inspection and reasonable after-sales support.

This page explains our quality-control process, 30-day initial product protection and
12-month limited movement warranty.

1. Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection

Every standard watch order is inspected before dispatch. Depending on the model and
available functions, the inspection may include:

  • Basic movement operation;
  • Time and date adjustment;
  • Crown operation;
  • Chronograph or GMT function where applicable;
  • Dial, bezel and hand alignment;
  • Bracelet and clasp operation;
  • Visible case, crystal and external condition;
  • Confirmation that the selected model matches the order.

Inspection reduces the likelihood of an initial problem but does not mean that a mechanical
watch will never require adjustment, servicing or maintenance.

2. Product Description Guarantee

We aim to provide accurate product photographs, specifications, dimensions, movement
descriptions and factory information.

Minor variations may occur between production batches, including small differences in
packaging, movement decoration, dial tone, bracelet finish or included accessories.
Material differences that substantially affect the product will be disclosed where known.

Products offered on SuperRolex.io are independent replica or aftermarket products.
They are not manufactured, authorized, sponsored or endorsed by Rolex SA or any other
original trademark owner.

3. Thirty-Day Initial Product Protection

Customers should inspect the product promptly after delivery. Incorrect products,
visible transit damage and suspected factory defects should be reported within
30 calendar days of delivery.

During this initial protection period, a verified covered problem may be resolved through:

  • Technical guidance;
  • Repair;
  • Replacement;
  • Exchange for an equivalent model;
  • Refund where repair or replacement is not appropriate.

The appropriate resolution depends on the nature of the problem, available stock and
the results of product inspection.

4. Twelve-Month Limited Movement Warranty

Watches are covered by a 12-month limited movement warranty, beginning
on the confirmed delivery date.

The warranty applies to verified manufacturing defects affecting:

  • The automatic or mechanical movement;
  • The winding mechanism;
  • The date-changing mechanism;
  • The crown and setting mechanism;
  • The chronograph or GMT function where included and properly used.

Warranty service is normally provided through repair or replacement of the affected
component. A replacement watch may be offered when repair is not commercially practical
and a suitable equivalent is available.

5. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental impact, dropping, crushing or external force;
  • Water or moisture damage unless a specific tested rating was expressly confirmed in writing;
  • Swimming, showering, diving, sauna use or exposure to hot water;
  • Damage caused by magnets, extreme temperature or improper storage;
  • Overwinding, incorrect setting or misuse of chronograph, date or crown functions;
  • Normal wear to straps, bracelets, clasps, plating, coatings or external finishes;
  • Scratches, dents, broken crystals or cosmetic deterioration;
  • Battery replacement for quartz products;
  • Damage caused by sizing, alteration, engraving or customization;
  • Products opened, serviced, repaired or modified by an unauthorized third party;
  • Loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery;
  • Minor timekeeping variation that is normal for a mechanical movement.

6. Water Resistance

Unless a specific water-resistance rating and pressure-test result are expressly stated
for the individual product, watches should be treated as splash-resistant only.

We do not recommend swimming, showering, diving or operating the crown and pushers
while the watch is wet.

Water damage is not covered unless the customer has received written confirmation of
a specific tested rating for that individual watch.

7. Warranty Claim Procedure

Before returning or repairing a watch, contact our support team at
[email protected].

Please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the problem;
  • Clear photographs;
  • A short video demonstrating the issue where possible;
  • Details of any event that occurred before the problem appeared.

Our team may provide operating guidance before approving a return. Mechanical watches
can sometimes appear inactive when they have not been adequately wound or worn.

8. Warranty Shipping Costs

For an approved incorrect, damaged or defective product reported during the first
30 days, we will determine the appropriate return shipping arrangement.

For approved warranty claims submitted after the initial 30-day period, the customer
may be responsible for shipping the watch to the designated service location.
SuperRolex.io will normally cover standard return delivery following an approved
warranty repair.

Expedited shipping, local repair costs or unauthorized third-party repair fees are
not reimbursed unless approved by us in writing before the expense is incurred.

9. Warranty Service Time

Repair and inspection times depend on the issue, replacement-part availability and
international shipping conditions.

We will provide an estimated service timeframe after the product has been received
and assessed. Mechanical movement work may require several weeks.

10. Fair Resolution Commitment

We review every valid support request individually and aim to provide a reasonable
resolution based on the evidence, product condition and terms of this policy.

This limited warranty does not replace any non-excludable consumer rights that may
apply under the laws of the customer’s jurisdiction.

Return eligibility and refund procedures are explained in our
Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy.
